My daughter sent me something on Instagram that hit me hard!
I had “bypassed” a reel from Pastor Mike Jr. several times only listening to the first question he asked, while I continued to filter thru IG stories. Not until she sent this reel to my dm and I actually watched it (GREAT word by the way) that I realized GOD had something he wanted me to hear. After receiving HIS word, God gave me this… SELECTIVE FAITH 😲 Whoa! The Bible tells us that, “FAITH“ is the substance of things ”hoped” for, and the evidence of things “not” seen”. Hebrews 11:1-6. He also tells us that , “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17
Therefore, we can’t be selective in our faith knowing that God has already established HIS word for our lives. We MUST continue to have faith in and out of season doing so by hearing Gods word!
